Steve Collins, President
Steve is the former President and CEO of Martin/Williams, a 250-person marketing agency in Minneapolis. His experience covers a wide range of product categories and industries, working for clients such as 3M, Staples, E*Trade, US Bank and Cargill. He served for seven years as board member and Chairman of the National Institute on Media and the Family and as a board member on the Northern Star Council of the Boy Scouts. Steve brings a broad background in marketing and concept development for both nonprofit and for profit businesses. He also has been a board member for CFP3 for 12 years before taking on the responsibility as President in early 2018. In that capacity, he is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations and limited liability companies formed for each of its projects.
Dan Nelson, Legal Counsel
Dan is the General Counsel to CFP3 and a Senior Partner at the law firm of Best & Flanagan LLP located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dan is a nationally-recognized Bond Counsel and practices in the area of public finance, focusing on tax-exempt municipal bonds, and representation of municipal securities underwriters and 501(c)(3) tax exempt organizations and the newly evolving field of Public Private Partnerships.

Tom Anderson, Chairman
Former mayor and city council member of Deephaven, a suburban Minneapolis City. Tom was a Vice President at United Health Care and spent 11 years as an executive for Pepsi Cola Co. His business experience in health care resulted in the launch of a successful health care consultancy in Washington DC. Mr. Anderson brings over 30 years of public and private sector experience with both for-profit and not-for-profit entities
Paul Abzug, Director
Paul is currently the President of Housing Alternatives Development Company , a nonprofit housing/senior housing organization. Prior to, he was a public finance investment banker at RBC Dain Rauscher and U.S. Bank as well as a Manager at Deloitte &Touche in their management consulting practice. Through his varied professional experiences, Mr. Abzug brings expertise in financing, development and operations.
Michael Langley, Director
Mike is the past Chairman of the Board for the International Economic Development Council in Washington DC, a 5000 member nonprofit organization serving economic development professionals. He is currently the CEO of Greater MSP, a nonprofit organization made up business and political leaders from the 17 counties in and around the Twin Cities, whose mission is to bring business and economic development to the Twin Cities area.
